Decent price for an overnight in the heart of the White Mountains that was scheduled last minute. Thank you! I like the idea of a motel, you have your own door, vehicle right there. But motels always seem outdated and sub-par to a traditional hotel. This was not the case here! Small no crowds. Fire pits out back, close to everything in the White Mountains.

Location was ideal - having just travelled through the White Mountains over the Kanamagus Highway from Conway to see the glorious and stunning Fall colours, Lincoln was a good place to stop the night. Good parking - able to park directly outside the room was very convenient. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Microwave in room was a very useful feature. Indoor swimming pool, used by one of our party, was a positive. I travel a lot and New Hampshire is my favorite when it comes to fall autumn trips.
Strictly Moose is now in my favorite places to stay in NH. Cleanliness, friendly hosts, excellent value for money, much better than regular hotel chains. A relaxing river runs through the back. Room is the same as pictured. Second floor rooms have cute balconies. The daily breakfast is a great start to a day of exploring the white mountains. The fall season in the white mountains is amazing! There are a lot of beautiful hiking routes from half-a-day-a-bit-of-nature to full-alpine-climbing ones. The hostel is the best hiking base camp I have seen.
If doing the Appalachian Trail it would be a shame staying only one night! The hostel has a very good kitchen, washing machines and a comfy living room. We went to the White Mountains to socially distance ourselves by hiking. We found the hotel staff were quite helpful in keeping distance, while still providing a lovely experience.
One of us ended up spending the night in the hospital with chest pain, and the hotel offered a free night in case the admission was extended. We are so grateful!
